Before Lemaire reopened its doors in the summer of 2009, Chef Walter Bundy created an urban garden in the parking lot of the Jefferson Hotel with the vision that future seasons would bring a bounty of produce to be featured on the restaurant's menus. This year's garden has been expanded and Chef Bundy looks forward to using a variety of herbs and produce in seasonally inspired dishes. Be sure to look for ingredients from "Bundy Farms" in Lemaire's menu and on the cocktails list.
