New World Horizontal Cabernet Sauvignon Tasting
Cabernet Sauvignon has seen its cache increase substantially over the past decade as the global palate has evolved to seek more flavor and texture in its wines. This seminar will show New World Cabernet Sauvignon wines from the 2006 vintages of Australia, California, Argentina and Chile and we will provide you with a collection of mature, hard cheeses to match them sip for sip! A Taste of Spring with a Master Chef and Sommelier
Chef Bundy loves the bounty of spring – morel mushrooms, asparagus, fiddlehead ferns, ramps, etc. This three-course menu will showcase his affection for the foods that signal the departure of winter to a season that we all have come to love. Join us on Wednesday, March 31st at 7:00pm for a taste!
Master Sommelier Robert Jones of Kysela Pere at Fils will offer four wines to pair with the meal. This is Robert’s third event in the series and you have unanimously advocated his expertise during our wine seminars. We will feature the wines he feels best represent the change between seasons while elevating the menu to great heights!
