Rhys Vineyards are doing fantastic things out of California. They are relatively small production, highly sought after, and high scoring winery out of the Santa Cruz Mountains and Anderson Valley. The focus is on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with some lovely Syrah as well. The Chef’s at Lemaire have put together an awesome seasonal menu that will accentuate the high tones of the wines.
