Lemaire Restaurant has long been known and recognized for our commitment to outstanding service and the highest standards in our industry, including cleanliness, safety and training.  Using these same long-standing principles, applied in accordance to the latest government mandates and health organization recommendations, we will be operating in a manner to provide you and our team members with a safe and welcoming environment.

Lemaire Restaurant will be serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily with modified service to ensure minimal direct contact and maximum social distancing.  Seating and service at Lemaire bar has been suspended until further notice.  Cocktail service can be enjoyed at tables or in the outdoor lounge (weather permitting).  

Advance reservations are required for all guests wishing to join us in Lemaire.

Upon arrival, you will be invited to self-park at no charge until it is advisable for valet parking services to resume.

Our restaurant team will be wearing face coverings and following a frequent hand washing regimen.  Guests will also be required to wear cloth face coverings throughout their visit, except when actively eating or drinking.  Guests who are not feeling well are asked to please stay home and seek medical attention.  Guests who have reason to believe they may have been exposed to the virus are strongly urged to follow CDC guidelines for self-quarantine.  Our restaurant and hotel teams are being assisted with daily temperature and health screenings, testing and flexible time off to ensure that they are able to remain healthy. 

Please note that until further notice, access into The Jefferson Hotel will be limited to those with a reservation for Lemaire, Afternoon Tea, an overnight stay, services at Salon Vivace or a private event.  Visitors without a reservation will be asked to join us at another time when restrictions have been lifted. 

During this time we will be providing a new standard of cleanliness and sanitation.  We have taken special care to modify our table service to provide you with a safe and socially distanced dining experience, while mantaining our committment to friendly, knowledgable and unobtrusive service.     

Signage throughout the restaurant and the hotel will assist you and those around you in maintaining your safety.  Hand sanitizer stations are also available.
