We are pleased to offer our guests access to some of the most rare, sought after wines in our cellar, by the glass, via the coravin wine system.
A. Bichot Château - Gris "les terrasses" Nuits-Saint-Georges, Fra '15 $30
This iconic producer has shared with us this classic example of purity and grace. While this vintage has seen a fair amount of new oak treatment, it is offset by a tart citrus raciness. Ripe clementine, sour apple, and candied lemon rind dominate the front and mid-palate while leaving a nutty round finish. A true representation of white burgundy at its finest.
Le Petit Lion du Marquis de las Cases Saint-Julien, Fra '10 $32
From second-growth leoville las cases, comes their second wine off one of the most heralded vintages of the new millennium. Black currants are underpinned by autumn leaves, cedar and ripe black cherry aromas. All will transfer to the palate that is supported by soft and fine tannins. Second labels are revered as some of the best values on the wine market. These wines are often as close to the grand cuvees but at a fraction of the price. Come share the experience with how wonderful Left-bank bordeaux can be.
