We are pleased to offer our guests access to some of the rarest, sought after wines in our cellar, by the glass, via the Coravin wine system.
Domaine Vincent Dauvissat is arguably the finest domaine in Chablis. A loyal following among France’s most esteemed restaurateurs sharply limits the availability of Dauvissat wines for export. Nonetheless, it is no surprise that they have attracted the praise and attention of critics worldwide. After a few moments, the nose unveils scents of lemon curd, white spring flowers, and flint. The palate is well balanced with flavors of ginger, white pepper, and a lavish finish of dried honey that lingers on and on.
Alain Gras has been working passionately since 1979 with a great respect for the land. Despite its young age, his domaine has quickly established itself as the standard-bearer for the village of Saint Romain. Notes of bright red fruit, black cherry, forest floor are ushered by sound minerality and vibrant acidity.
The third label of the famous grand cru, Château Latour. Made from younger vines so that it gives an excellent opportunity to experience Latour at any time. During Thomas Jefferson's time as foreign minister to France, Château Latour was considered to be his favorite château of Bordeaux.
We are happy to serve wines from your cellar.
